She has an extensive experience of more than 6 years of working in relation to Corporate Advisory Services, Due Diligence and Secretarial Compliance of company. She has also carried out several assignments in accounting, auditing and direct taxation. She has acumen for process and controls and specializes in Internal Audit.
She has vast experience in Companies Act & LLP Act and has handled various assignments in the same area like incorporations, compliances, strike off, strategic planning & corporate governance etc.

He has 15 years of post qualification experience in Project & Corporate Finance, Working Capital Finance, Financial Modeling, Strategic Investment, Private Equity, Initial Public Offering (IPO), Overseas listing at AIM (UK), Valuations, Accounts, Auditing, Secretarial, Import and General Administration.
He has worked with various multinational companies at the senior management level in his career. He has executed various debt and private equity funding deals during his career span. He has extensive experience in Real Estate by his association with various Real Estate Groups.
Mr. Arun Gupta

He is a Commerce graduate, Law Graduate and fellow member of ICSI. He has an extensive experience of more than 14 years in the fields of Corporate & Commercial Laws and Restructuring matters. He primarily manages and administer matters related to Corporate Drafting, Corporate Restructuring, Joint Ventures, Collaborations, Takeovers and has acted as legal advisor for Initial Public Offerings, Rights Issues, FCCBs and foreign exchange transactions.
He acted as a key contributor to the book authored by Corporate Professionals titled “Insight into Companies Bill 2012”.
He is author of a book titled “Companies Act 2013- Impact on foreign companies in India (Covering relevant provisions of FEMA 1999) with renowned publisher CCH, a wolters kluwer business in 2014.
He is a member of Corporate Affairs Committee of PHDCCI, a regular faculty and speaker in number of programs and seminars on Corporate Laws conducted by ICAI, ICSI, IICA, PHD Chamber and other professional bodies all around India.

Mr. Girish Narang
Mr. Girish Narang is a Commerce graduate, Law Graduate and fellow member of ICSI and had started his career as a corporate lawyer and pursued full-time MBA from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK. He has an extensive experience of more than 15 years as a professional in various fields. He has advised various clients on M&A, Fund-raising, Capital Markets and International Diversification during his stint as Senior Consultant with a boutique law firm. Post-MBA, he has also worked in Plastics and Automotive sector, involving international projects and an acquisition in Turkey.
